On the Mile Cooking Class
Classes begin at 11:30 am until approximately 2:30 pm. Classes limited to 24 people.
Guests will be teamed up in groups of 8 with a chef from our kitchen at each table to guide them through their lesson.
Chef Cindy instructs the students on how to prepare her signature dishes.
Each table elects a head chef to prepare each course and the sous chefs at the table assists in the prep and plating.
Each course will be complimented with champagne or wine and taught the art of pairing wine and food.
Everyone will take home a gift along with a recipe booklet of what they prepared that day.
